1. Age Requirements

Users interact with AI-generated characters on Desiree.io. We expect all user input and behavior to be:

You are responsible for all input and output generated through your use of the Services. This includes:

• Messages, voice prompts, and AI-generated images or videos
• Ensuring the AI does not generate offensive or illegal content based on your input

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

You must not use the Services to:

• Violate local, national, or international law
• Harm minors or attempt to exploit or sexualize children
• Generate deepfakes or content that mimics real individuals
• Bypass moderation, jailbreak AI models, or mislead systems
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful code
• Threaten or incite violence, terrorism, or hate speech
• Create, share, or attempt to share:
  • Non-consensual intimate images
  • Child sexual abuse/exploitation content
  • Content inciting suicide or self-harm
  • Sexual content involving underage characters (real or AI)
• Infringe copyrights or intellectual property rights
• Share private/confidential information without consent

4. Moderation & Monitoring

Our Trust & Safety Team uses moderation technology and manual review to detect content that may violate these Guidelines. This may include:

• Flagging, reviewing, and removing harmful content
• Temporarily or permanently suspending user access
• Reporting illegal activities to appropriate authorities

We may also log and monitor conversations for:

• Product quality improvements
• AI safety refinement
• Abuse detection

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Activity under your account
• Ensuring compliance with all legal labeling obligations (e.g., for AI-generated content)
• Respecting other users’ safety, rights, and boundaries

6. Enforcement

If we determine you have violated or attempted to violate these Guidelines, we may:

• Restrict or suspend your account
• Terminate your access entirely
• Report unlawful activity to the appropriate legal authorities
• Take legal action as permitted by law

7. Reporting Abuse or Violations

If you believe another user is violating these Guidelines, or if the AI generates inappropriate or dangerous content, report the issue to:
